Bouillons - description
Concentrated, aromatic poultry bouillon with vegetables and spices. Clear and golden, just like broth. A perfect base for various soups (tomato, barley, carrot, peas), sauces (horseradish, cheese, mustard), dishes, marinades, as well as for boiling rice and groats.
Mixes perfectly with hot water, milk and cream – this makes preparation of soups and sauces even easier. When enriched with a splash of white or red wine, it creates a perfect blend for marinating poultry and wildfowl.
One bottle equals 8 litres of excellent soup (31 portions – 1 portion per 250 ml of water).
No MSG (monosodium glutamate), no preservatives.
